Menopause can be a confusing time for women, as they experience a range of physical, emotional and cognitive (brain function) changes.

Without understanding what’s going on, it can be confusing, traumatic and stressful.

Without relevant clear and accessible information you can struggle unnecessarily.

Without having clear, practical coping strategies you can become overwhelmed.

Menopause symptoms, midlife changes and lack of an open, honest conversation in society adds to the shame, embarrassment, secrecy and emotional challenges for women during this time.

Women often feel alone, unsupported, unheard and without any readily available treatment options, strategies or recommendations of how to help themselves.

It does NOT have to be like this.

There is a different way to experience peri-menopause and menopause!

There are ways to navigate midlife with ease, joy and confidence.

And you have come to the perfect place to get the support and answers you need!

I have created The Menopause Summit to support women just like YOU at every stage along this midlife journey.

I am bringing together experts from across a range of fields and specialist areas that work with women during peri-menopause and menopause.

These experts will educate and inspire you.

They will teach and guide you how to change the way you are experiencing your menopause today.

They will share their experiences and show you how to embrace this stage of life and prepare for a fabulous post menopause living.

You will learn that menopause does NOT have to be a time filled with stress, confusion, pain or struggle.

You will understand that this stage of life can be an opportunity to rediscover, explore and reestablish who you are, what you want, and how you want to live a life that you love and fills you up!

The Menopause Summit is your opportunity to change the way you understand and experience your menopause and embrace the amazing opportunities this season of life has to offer.
